Herbal Extracts and Tinctures

A range of the most useful herbal extracts for home use Certified organic, all fluid extracts are full strength (1:1), tinctures are 1:3. The fluid extract dose is normally 20 drops once a day (morning is usually best). The tincture dose is 20 drops three times a day or 30 drops twice a day.
