Flower Garden Shampoo for Normal Hair contains a protein enriched shampoo base derived from coconut and olive oils, with vegetable proteins, pro-vitamins and conditioning agents to gently cleanse the hair and scalp.
Organic herbal extracts of Chamomile and Lime Flowers, with aromatherapy oils of Ylang-ylang, Rosemary and Lemon help leave the hair shiny and conditioned - and the smell - well Summer can be every day!
Like all the Toria Pilar shampoos, Flower Garden is a little thinner than most conventional shampoos; commercial shampoos have salt added to thicken the detergents (this is a simple chemical effect - you can try it yourself by adding a strong salt solution to a small amount of Toria Pilar shampoo). We do not add salt because there is compelling evidence that it irritates and dries the scalp. This does not effect the efficacy of the product and you shouldn't need more than a teaspoon or so to effectively wash even the thickest hair.
